Avonlea Mini Magnetic Board

Hello, friends;
I wanted to make something special for my twin's teachers. They are always in need or some kind of magnetic board to leave at the classroom door, so, I came up with this idea:

This mini magnetic board was created using galvanized step flashing pieces found HERE.

I have a detailed tutorial with measurements and step-by-step instructions over at Inking from the Heart...the SCHOOL!

Another cute idea, don't you think?
Thanks for stopping by!

Back to School Supplies Pack

Hello, friends;
School start soon, for some kids next week and for others in two weeks [at east here in the south they start soon].

I want my twin girls to feel special, that's why I created two of these cute bags to give it to them on their first day of school.
This is a cute supplies pack made with a lunch paper bag.

I have a detailed tutorial with measurements and step-by-step instructions over at Inking from the Heart...the SCHOOL!

This is a cute way to make the little ones feel great on their first day to school, no matter if the will go for the first time or they are coming back.
Enjoy!

H2H Challenge: Sympathy Cards!!

Hello, friends;
The challenge for today is to make a sympathy card...I have to confess this was a big deal for me. I'm not used to make sympathy cards; just thinking how to make a card with such a purpose without looking so festive or crazy is a REAL challenge for me.
Anyway, I tried my best and this is my card:
Recipe:
*Base: 5-1/2" x 11" piece of black CS, score @ 5-1/2" on the 11" side
*5-1/4" x 5-1/4" piece of Grey Flannel [retired]
*5" x 5" piece of Avonlea BT [new catalog]
*(1) 1-3/4" x 5" piece of black CS
*(1) 1-1/2" x 5" piece of the same Avonlea BT
*Love Blooms stamp set [flower]
*For Every Occasion stamp set [message]
*Black ink
*1/8" Black Ribbon [non CTMH]
*CTMH Bitty Sparkles

To give the flower a more interested look by distressing it with Bamboo ink, but this is optional.
I stamped the message with VersaMark and black ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder.

This is a close up of the flower...I love the final result on this card!!
The stamp sets I chose worked so well with the Avonlea Collection.
I want to invite you to participate this week in our challenge over at H2H...after all, sympathy cards are not so hard to make! :0)

Gift Box with Lovely Fall Leaves

Hello, friends;
Another wonderful project created using my Artiste...I'm so in love with this new cartridge!!
This box is very pretty but the nice detail is on the leaves.

Oh, my...oh, my....Artiste how wonderful you are!! :0)

I embossed the leaves over WhiteDaisy Cs using VersaMark; embossed with godl embossing powder. Color the leaves using different color inks, cut and voila!!
Nice looking leaves, don't you think?

I have a detail tutorial in my online classes site @

Santa's Double Gift Box with Artiste

Hello, there;

I'm so excited!! I've been playing around with my Artiste to create different boxes...trying to utilize my cartridge to its best.

I put three boxes together to create this gift box:

The box can be opened from the top [Santa's suit] and the one on the bottom is also another box to put some gifts inside.

I love Artiste, but I also love to combine, put together, and mix the boxes available in the cartridge to create new beautiful boxes...I don't want to go just with what the cartridge has available for me.

This box is an example of the possibilities Artiste has for you!!

The tutorial for this box is available in my online classes @

Hope you like my box!!
