Pumpking for a Dinner Plate

Hello, stampers;

The members from my online classes site are
F*A*B*U*L*O*U*S

I'm very happy with the wonderful inspiration they give me and their amazing comments. Well, I recently had a request from Brenda, asking me if I knew how to make something like this:
She saw something like this in Pinterest.

I went to work on a tutorial for something similar and this is the final result of my project:

These pumpkins are the perfect size to be placed on top of the plates for Thanksgiving dinner or in front of them...and you can also add names to the banner for a more personal detail.

Until next time,

This is a big pumpkin, big enough to be used as a centerpiece during Thanksgiving dinner.

I used Fall Harvest for the leaves, Flirty B&T Paper for the pumpkin, and Chocolate CS for the stem and veins. This is an easy project, but if you don't have the right measurements, you cannot make it right...so, I'm going to share this tutorial with you.

H2H Challenge-Christmas #2

Hi, there;
I'm so happy to share with you a project that I made for the challenge this week over @ H2H blog.

This is an album I made using the B*E*A*U*T*I*F*U*L papers from the Pear & Partridge Collection from CTMH.

This album has four pockets; one insert per pocket and two pages per insert for photos or journaling. The total amount of areas or sections available for you to add pictures or journal on this album are 20...and you can add so many pictures depending on your photos' sizes.

These are the first two pages...

Next set of pages...

Last set of pages...

As you can see on this picture, these are the four inserts peeking out of each pocket.

This album will be part of the set of tutorials that I am getting ready for the 12 Days of Christmas with one of my downline' girls, Angie. More information on this soon...stay tuned!!

You need to hop to the H2H blog to see the wonderful creations that our team made for this challenge.

Hope you enjoy this post...and now, how to participate:

And now...Hotel Transylvania!!

Hello, friends;

I'm so very excited to share with you pictures of the newest tutorial that I have for the members of my online classes,

When you register for my classes, you will get the tutorial for this project as well as the tutorials for all the projects that have been uploaded to the site since June 2012 [because the tutorials are never taken down for a year], plus all the other tutorials that I will be uploading until May 31st next year.
Then, in June 2013, a new subscription will start.
Where are you going to get a deal like this? Really?

To subscribe to my classes, please click here and press the Pay-Pal button at the end of the post.

Well, now to the project...
Have you guys watched the Hotel Transylvania movie, yet?
I went with my little girls and I have to confess that I loved it...so much, that it inspired me to create this project and named it after the movie.

What do you think?

This project was created using a box from one of our cartridges to make the roof, then the rest of the "house" was created with a piece of Pear CS that I cut and score to fit under the "roof".

You might be thinking, oh my God is a lot of work!!
Well, confession: it is when you have to cut, measure, score to fit one part into another, and so on...but once you have all the measurements and pieces cut and ready to assemble, is a piece of cake...and that is what I do for you with my classes, make it easier for you so you will have more time available to spend with your family and on planning classes around the projects I offer for you at Inking from the Heart...the SCHOOL!!

The roof is removable and you can add small gifts or candy inside the house; it's also a great idea to decorate your table/house for Halloween.

Hope you like this and I wish you can join me in my classes, you are not going to regret it.
Until next time,

DING, DONG! The Witch is DEAD!!

Hello, friends;
Can we say that after looking at this cute candy box?
The Witch is GONE!!

The original idea for this project is this witch's cauldron that I made:

But I wanted it to look somehow different, so I added other elements, like the witch's shoes that I made using the Happy Hauntings cartridge from Cricut. The legs and the broom stick are Twizzlers Twists.

I'm so happy with the results that I want to share the tutorial for this project with you. So, if you are interested, feel free to click on the right language when downloading the tutorial:

Hope you enjoy this and if you liked it, don't forget to leave me a comment...I'd love to hear from you!

Happy Crafting!

Bowling Pins Candy Purses

Hello, friends;

Last Saturday, October 6th we celebrated my twin girls birthday party...they turn 10!!

They wanted a birthday party at the bowling alley with their best friends...but they were all GIRLS, no BOYS.
I was very excited when planning their party; is so easy to create things for girls, don't you think?

I used my ARTISTE to cut the purses for the candy and use PHOTOSHOP to create the bowling pins I used to decorate the purses.

This is my final creation:
This is not a 100% CTMH creation, but I wanted to share it with you. B&T used are papers I had at home as well as the cardstock used for the purses.

I have uploaded the pins and a sheet with the word STRIKE for those of you interested in creating something like this.

Once you download the bowling pins sheet, you have to use a black marker or pen to continue the black line where the yellow/pink stripes are.

For the bowling ball, I cut a 2-1/2" circle from black CS and three 1/2" circles to match each purse; adhere as in the picture and cut off the extra from the bottom. The three dots were adhere using foam tape; STRIKE was cut using an oval punch.

Hope you enjoy this!!

Have FUN creating!!

Batty Candy Box

Hello, stampers;

I want to share another candy box I made using one of the boxes option available on the Art Philosophy cartridge from CTMH.

I turn the box in a cute bat, and who won't like to get something like this full of candies?
The air was created form a strip of Flirty B&T, the wings are circles as well as the chest and the eyes...use your imagination; is very easy to make, so I hope this inspires you to create your own.
Have FUN creating!!

Until next time,

Christmas Tags and Matching Gift Box

Hello, stampers;
Christmas is literally “around the corner” and I want to share with you a box that holds tags perfect for the presents that you will give to your relatives and friends during the Holidays:
The box slides to either side and holds six different tags:

Each tag has an individual compartment as in this picture, and you can add twine or ribbon to the tags if you wish:
Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year, so I truly enjoy every minute spent creating beauties related to the Holidays.
Here is another picture:
The tutorial for this project is available in my online classes’ site @ INKing from the Heart…the SCHOOL!

PAPER Lanterns are always so IN...

Hello, friends;
CTMH is filling my life with joy…and every time I create something, I feel happy and my days are a lot better! ;0)
I want to share another project I created with the wonderful products that CTMH offers…Lanterns are so in for parties or any other celebrations and I made these using papers from the Halloween and Christmas collections.
 For the Halloween lantern, I used a piece of vellum paper to create an inside cover; when is lit, it looks so pretty! The Christmas lantern is a combination of four pieces of paper together to create a square lantern…have you seen something like this before?
I do like the result and is something different…don’t you think? :0)
These other lanterns were created using extra papers I have left from the Dotty for You Collection:
Paper lanterns can be used by themselves or with battery operated candles [never use flame candles]. You can hang them from strings or use them on tables as decorations.
Lanterns will always be “IN”.
I have a complete tutorial on these three lanterns in my online classes’ site. For more information, please click here: INKing from the Heart…the SCHOOL!
Until next time,
